Yay San is a Data Analyst with strong expertise in applied research, education, and social enterprise projects across Myanmar and Thailand. He specializes in supporting impact-driven initiatives through data analysis, research design, and evidence-based reporting that inform effective decision-making and program improvement. He has contributed to major development projects, including the Southeast Education, Job Skills and Employment Project with, where he supported survey design, statistical analysis, and reporting to strengthen education and employment pathways. He also worked on a Social Business Project funded by The Khan Foundation (Australia), applying data-driven approaches to monitor progress and support sustainable program design. As Academic Head at one of the renowned training academies, he led curriculum planning, managed digital learning systems, and coordinated academic programs to enhance teaching quality and student learning outcomes.

Currently holding the position of Data Specialist at Southeast Ascent Partners, his primary role is to serve as a key resource for the firm's head consultants. His responsibilities are centered on the full lifecycle of data, from data mining and cleaning to advanced statistical analysis.
