Southeast Ascent Partners (SAP) is a regional knowledge and technical organization dedicated to strengthening institutions, organizations, and individuals through evidence-based policy and applied research, impact evaluation, professional capacity development, and technical advisory services across Southeast Asia and beyond.
SAP works collaboratively with development partners, NGOs, INGOs, academic institutions, civil society organizations, MSMEs, and private-sector stakeholders to design and implement innovative and sustainable solutions that address emerging regional and global development challenges.
SAP promotes locally led and evidence-driven approaches to development through research, professional learning, organizational strengthening, and strategic partnerships.
