Southeast Ascent Partners (SAP) is a regional knowledge and technical organization committed to strengthening people, organizations, and communities through evidence, learning, research, and practical technical support across Southeast Asia.
SAP brings together expertise in applied research, policy and program analysis, impact evaluation, professional learning, capacity development, program design, grant readiness, and technical advisory support. We translate knowledge and evidence into practical approaches that help organizations and communities respond to complex challenges and create meaningful, sustainable impact.
SAP works collaboratively with development and humanitarian partners, NGOs, INGOs, academic institutions, civil society and community-based organizations, and other public-serving and private-sector stakeholders to develop and implement inclusive, innovative, and context-responsive solutions.
Our approach emphasizes locally led action, continuous learning, evidence-informed practice, collaboration, and sustainable capacity. Through research, professional learning, technical assistance, knowledge exchange, and strategic partnerships, SAP supports stronger institutions and more resilient communities while contributing to improved educational, social, and economic outcomes.
SAP is an institutional member of the Global Development Learning Network (GDLN) and maintains a technical partnership with the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies (INEE), reflecting our commitment to knowledge exchange, professional learning, and quality education in diverse and challenging contexts.
