As a Community Outreach and Engagement Lead, she plays a key role in expanding SAP’s network, fostering partnerships, and disseminating the firm’s expertise, ensuring that its projects and experts reach the audiences where their impact is most meaningful.

With extensive experience in community engagement, stakeholder coordination, and program facilitation, Khaing possesses a deep understanding of the regional development landscape and the needs of diverse communities. This expertise enables her to design and implement outreach strategies that promote collaboration between SAP’s technical experts and local or international partners. Her proactive approach has enhanced SAP’s visibility and credibility as a trusted partner in delivering inclusive and evidence-based development solutions.

In her role, Khaing actively supports project implementation by connecting consultants with grassroots organizations, community leaders, and civil society networks. She ensures that engagement processes are participatory, culturally sensitive, and aligned with local priorities.
