Saw Kyaw Zin Khay is a research consultant and policy analyst specializing in governance, peacebuilding, ethnic political affairs, and security sector reform in Myanmar. He has extensive experience leading research projects, advising on policy development, and facilitating public engagement on political transitions, ethnic conflicts, and human security.

He has provided research leadership and consulting support to several national and international initiatives, focusing on areas such as security governance, education and employment opportunities, identity, micro-finance, and digital behavior.
