Dr.JK

Dr. Li, a committed educator, researcher, and development practitioner with over a decade of experience advancing inclusive education, digital transformation, and education in emergencies across Southeast Asia.

Holding a Ph.D. in Educational Economics and Management, Dr. Li brings academic rigor and field-tested insight to both policy and program implementation. Her work spans educational equity, digital learning strategies, and non-formal education access for marginalized groups—particularly out-of-school children and learners affected by crisis.

She has contributed to education system strengthening in key technical and leadership roles, including:

  • ✔️ Education Specialist at international non-governmental organizations

  • ✔️ Technical Specialist – Education in Emergencies, leading EiE interventions in complex contexts

  • ✔️ Research Collaborator with Mahidol University, focusing on Southeast Asia education systems

Her research has been published in international peer-reviewed journals and focuses on education policy, learner-centered pedagogy, and workforce skill mismatches—bridging the gap between research, systems reform, and classroom practice.

At the heart of Dr. Li’s work is a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and inclusive access—with a strong belief that quality education should adapt to the needs of all learners, especially the most vulnerable.
